CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped, produced, or processed.
If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact our customer service team before returning your item to ensure you send it to the correct address.

Notes:

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day refund policy.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong product ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will depend on the courier you choose.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item received), the customer will not bear any shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.
