Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped, produced, or processed.
If the order is cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once the product has been shipped.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address before sending your package.

Notes:

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day refund.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The fee depends on the courier you select.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost.

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank — processing times may vary.

The manufacturer then processes the order within up to 5 business days.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, your package typically takes 10 to 20 business days to arrive, depending on your location and local courier service.
